I have no words, best customer support you will ever get. Dr Jack, and his wife Miss Marie are the best of the best. First i got an opportunity to speak to doctor jack he was super nice, kind, and attentive, he listened to me and gathered all my information about my furr babies, then his wife Marie called less then 15 mins later to further assist me, she was very sweet, kind. she answered my questions about the Emotional Support / service dog certification, and what im supposed to know/ do what not. 30 mins after i received an email about the approval about my certification. Now im in ease. i can take my furr children anywhere i want without any hassle. Thank you Mr jack, and Miss Marie for the support. You guys are top notch.
