Would NOT recommend this company. They were supposed to pick my party of 10 up from a wedding venue in Montgomery, TX. My contract stated a pick up of 11:15pm. I was told if we needed to make changes to pick up time to call. We never called and I assumed they would keep with contracted time. At 11:20 I called and was told driver was having trouble with van. Called again 15 min later and call went straight to VM. Finally a driver called back and said they thought we would call them for pick up. We waited outside for over an hour and half for them to arrive. They did not offer anything other than a $50 reduction on price ( total round trip was $270.) Terrible customer service and communication.
