I recently had a Total Joint Knee Arthroplasty. The doctor's office said I would require a CPM machine for home use and to wait for a call from the Vendor they use. I did get that call. They called and went over every detail, from insurance coverage to when I would expect it on my front door. The assembly was easy with video instructions as well as in paper when I set it up at home. I was a little nervous about it until after my operation and using it in the hospital. It made it clear on settings and what I should look for when I went home. Yes it was so comfortable at home. I did not use it at night to sleep with since I am a side sleeper and wanted to be off of my back. Waking up and getting on the CPM unit helped with the stretching and comfort for the day before going to Physical Therapy. When it came time to return the unit, I called the office. All staff were professional and happy to help with any concerns. The whole process was easy from beginning to end. I could focus on my recovery instead of the equipment which put me at ease. I have heard from other patients with other vendors that had nightmares going out of town trying to rent their machines, where this unit came and went right from my front door. How great is that!
