I am extremely disappointed in ProSource! I have had 2 appointments there with Norma. The first I was told hello and that I would need to come back and bring measurements, ideas and photos etc to make the most of your services. My question is why was I not told this prior to coming to the store and wasting my time? However, I played by the rules and made a second appointment and showed up on time and asked for Norma. I brought the house plans and photos as asked and waited for 30 minutes with no one coming to tell me anything. I went up to the front after that time and said "Bye". I cannot wait any longer. Norma was on the phone taking orders and answering questions for someone else. My time is obviously not valuable enough for ProSource to care about keeping their appointment with me even when I am sitting in their building.
