Josh was great to work with! From Josh, I learned about how credit works in general and how not to mess my credit up in the future. I think Josh's price/deal is fair (he's only paid once the collection item is removed). Unfortunately, one of my cc collection companies did not budge and Josh exhausted all of his resources in order to do so. Regardless, I cannot complain about the service that I received since 2 of the 3 collection items I had have been removed.
