This is my very worst experience with an online retailer. I placed and order on December 18th 2023. The money was taken from my PayPal account. I received a confirmation email and an order number. But I have not received my order or any correspondence about the order. I emailed the company 3 times with the order number asking for a confirmation that the order is processed. I have not received a response. Only several emails telling me the item is in my cart. I will be cancelling the order via PayPal. I can understand delays due to the holidays, but no response to my inquiry about my order in unacceptable.
