I was VERY disappointed that my flooring order was not actually ordered, despite my paying for half. I was NOT told that my order had been forgotten until I phoned to pay the second half so that the installer could pick it up as planned. I was still not informed. The installer had to tell me that my order had NOT been ordered. The installer was able to rearrange HIS schedule so that we were delayed only a week--but that was due to the installers kindness. I also asked for an additional discount, by phone and by email, and NEVER received any answer at all. She did say she was sorry, but I am still frustrated by the total LACK of communication, and the feeling that my $4000.00 order was unimportant to ProSource.
