Although Shasta had built our pool 23 years ago, when it developed a coping to bottom of the pool crack in the rebar/gunite and plaster shell, Shasta honored the warranty as the original builder. Their people were unfailingly friendly and helpful and although it took a couple of months in mid-winter to get it fixed (this timing was appropriate to the process), the repair was done very expertly and with our complete satisfaction.
