NIGHTMARE!!! It has been a nightmare from the beginning. After telling the salesman I would need to talk it over with my spouse not to schedule anything until I could confirm. I came home to an urbanex truck parked in front of my driveway . Come to find out he had already sprayed even after I told the salesman ( yet again) not to send anyone out that I had to attend to the affairs of both my parents as they just passed earlier that month. I'm now receiving a bill and still have ants in my home and around it. A SCAM... is putting it nicely! Don't use this company ever.
