This was my first experience with KeyPoint and it was a great one. The first time I called, Josh answered the phone, and she actually was the one spent an hour with me explaining the process and then reviewed my credit. She diagnosed my issues and explained what the issues causing my credit score to go down and steps to recover that, all without even taking about money.
