the PA did not help me feel safe or comfortable. She asked me a question and as I was answering she started reading her laptop. I explained that I prefer to have her full attention I'm sharing. She looked up and I started sharing again.. but it wasn't long and she was reading the computer screen again. After several such requests she got frustrated and canceled our appointment. I was stunned. Really? I'm trying to let you know how you can help me....and this is your response.
