At first I wasn't sure how well LifeProtect would work for us. The yearly fee seemed a bit high and the only thing Life Protect offered was emergency service. It seemed the same could be accomplished by simply dialing 9-1-1. However when we accidentally pushed the emergency button we were immediately connected to a member of your help team. He (don't recall his name) stayed on the line until he was certain everybody was o.k. I was very impressed with the rapid response.
