In my first order, 1 meal had the cellophane off. I was offered a refund, which I still have not gotten The food serving is double what most ppl need. I experience some issues afterward. I have tried relentlessly to get someone to talk with. There is NO customer service via phone, email, twitter, etc. No one answers you. Not even in the chat on the website. I have contacted the BBB and even w/that no response. Very disappointed.
