We have been in a new construction townhome for about 10 years, and we began experiencing issues with air flow and temperature of our central AC unit. After a couple of recharge visits, Chris (from Lamco) figured out we needed a new condenser coil, of course during the hottest 2 week strecth of the summer. After agreeing to replace the unit and completing the work, we needed to have Chris and his team out several times to get the unit properly calibrated. After determining that there was an issue with the coil that was installed (manufactruer issue), Chris quickly got us a new coil and put us back in business. It was obviously a frustrating sutuation on both ends as the ultimate issue proved tough to identify. Nonetheless, all along the way, Chris and his team were nothing short of spectacular - friendly (top notch group of techs/guys), timely, professional, accomodating, apologetic and really cared about fixing the problem. I assume it was not the most profitable job given the amount of work it took to get us sorted out, but Chris stuck to his initial quote. I have never had a better experience as a homeowner working with a home repair/trade professional. These guys are the best and are very good at what they do. They deserve your business, TK
