I can't say enough about the Lamco team. Every time I've used them, they've been on-time, professional, and don't try to sell me things that I don't need. I appreciate their honesty, and they are the company I recommend to my friends and family, who also love them. Thanks Lamco!

We have used Lamco twice. Once at my wife's business and the other at our residential home. Their service was quick and professional. The climate unit for the house was very complex. Multi fuel source with a computer controlled indoor outdoor humidity tstat. It is a wonderful piece of engineering and professionally installed. We love the system.

We have been in a new construction townhome for about 10 years, and we began experiencing issues with air flow and temperature of our central AC unit. After a couple of recharge visits, Chris (from Lamco) figured out we needed a new condenser coil, of course during the hottest 2 week strecth of the summer. After agreeing to replace the unit and completing the work, we needed to have Chris and his team out several times to get the unit properly calibrated. After determining that there was an issue with the coil that was installed (manufactruer issue), Chris quickly got us a new coil and put us back in business. It was obviously a frustrating sutuation on both ends as the ultimate issue proved tough to identify. Nonetheless, all along the way, Chris and his team were nothing short of spectacular - friendly (top notch group of techs/guys), timely, professional, accomodating, apologetic and really cared about fixing the problem. I assume it was not the most profitable job given the amount of work it took to get us sorted out, but Chris stuck to his initial quote. I have never had a better experience as a homeowner working with a home repair/trade professional. These guys are the best and are very good at what they do. They deserve your business, TK

Administrative support was professional and timely relative to following up, confirming and accounts payable options. Sales person was on time, affable and very knowledgeable relative to model options, capability and costs. Installers were professional, skilled in their specialty and excellent communicators. Post install follow up from the office relative to warranty, AC spring startup and soliciting of any issues was timely and professional. All in all a positive experience.

Had a great experience with this company. I will be a client for the foreseeable future. They value the consumer greatly and perform beyond expectations. the little things are not overlooked by them. In a region with many choices for HVAC contractors, they should not be overlooked. Again, just a tremendous company in all aspects.

We are a bit spoiled by being their neighbors here in Tyngsboro - but they are always very attentive to all of our needs for HVAC. They do not over sell the repairs and helped us to efficiently maintain some very old equipment until we decided to replace it this past year. The replacement equipment was scheduled to not interfere with our daily operations. The new system did experience an initial start up issue with make-up air and they were quick to correct the issue and smooth out the system performance. Excellent people to do business with...

The estimate given was explained so I could fully understand-the installation was seamless. The installer was courteous and extremely careful not to scuff my floors even wearing protection over his shoes, The job was completed in the timeframe discussed and a full demonstration of how the system would work was given to me. I would and have recommended Lamco's services to neighbors.

My AC compressor quit suddenly at the beginning of the summer and was replaced by Lamco Systems. My issue was promptly diagnosed and the salesperson met with me the same day to discuss replacement options. I had a detailed quote with different replacement options within 24 hours. The installers did a great job, kept me informed of their progress as the day went on and also did a great job of cleaning up once the new unit was installed. I feel that I received a good value for a fair price. I found each member of the Lamco team to be professional and prompt to address any concerns or questions that I might have. Overall, a great experience.

5 years ago Lamco replaced my furnace and the result pleased me . So last week when my A/c stopped working and spilled water, I phoned Lamco. That same day a Rep came by my home and discovered the problem, "time to replace". Within 1 week a new unit was installed at a time when a heat wave was underway. I will admit I didn't choose to get another price since my past experience and all things considered Lamco was the correct choice. I wish Lamco had a Southern division at Ft Myers Florida. Ray B
