I've been using there products for around 20 years. They have a very honest service department. I sent in a Phantom T once because it had no sound and they called me and told me I had pushed the mute button by mistake. They checked the 4 year old unit and it was still operating perfectly. They also gave me a great deal on the Judge (first production run) and the Judge 2.0 (improved model, more options) when it came out.
