Great experience throughout. Linda was very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful with testing and subsequent hearing aid fitting. She took the time to explain the use and care of the hearing aid and its features in a relaxed manner and has offered to be available for follow-up questions during my adaptation to using hearing aids.
