Robert is very personable & professional. He took pictures of my bat infestation to share with me. Although I have given to bat conservation for decades & never want any harmed since they eat millions of bugs, I don't need to get up close & personal with them. Glad they are federally protected now. Robert gave me options where possible. He also took care of mouse control & prevention. Overall very positive experience.
