We are extremely satisfied with our experience at Audiology Innovations Mount Royal West Clinic. My Mom had a great deal of anxiety around having a hearing test, but when Bryce arrived at Mom’s senior’s lodge, his warmth and compassion instantly put her at ease. Mom was thrilled to have the test in the comfort of her own room. Bryce was caring, knowledgeable, professional and he provided exceptional follow-up care. It was also a great pleasure interacting with Natasha at reception, as she consistently handled our questions or concerns in a cheerful, courteous, and timely manner.
