Ken knows roofs and provided specific roofing recommendations relative to our home. He provided a specific recommendation to address long standing ventilation concerns for our home. He was on site or available by phone during the roof installation, updating the project progress throughout the day. There were no surprises and the cost of the new roof was exactly what he quoted.
