The website states that the movers show up on time, in uniform and are professional. None of that was true. Tyler and Gavin were late, dressed in street clothes, and did a horrible job. They started off slow, over wrapping items like rubber mats and metal lamp stands. Then, as time went on, they were so slow that they stopped wrapping important things such as wood table legs and bed frames. As it got even letter, they packed so recklessly that they were literally throwing our items into the truck. They packed a freezer without putting items in it as we requested. They packed a large dog crate without breaking it down or even filling it. They packed a power washer without any wrap or care and threw it in on top of expensive bicycles. The bikes were packed on their trainers and an expensive bicycle computer was knocked off and rolling around the truck floor. They packed so poorly that we didn’t get it all ( it could have easily fit if done correctly) and items had to be left behind. We were charged over $1000 for this piss poor job and not compensated. All the owner Mario mumbled on the phone was, “I don’t know what to say”. How about an apology or a token of compensation. AVOID THIS COMPANY as if it was COVID-19,
