Glass Slipper Cleaning Services

This is a Guy named Michael Stickler he owns a business called glass slipper cleaning services. He and his business reside in Rancho Cucamonga California. Mike decided he wanted to knock on my door and case my house with a cleaning lady at the wrong address. My daughter could not answer the door because she was doing her college exams. When I contacted Mike through my security cameras I gave him my phone number to call me so I could find out what in fact is going on and why is he looking through my windows and pounding on my door. After he figured out that he was at the wrong address I asked him to immediately leave my promises and no longer pound on my screen door. His response was to call me an idiot and an a****** followed by kicking my daughters car twice by leaving my property. Additionally I tried speaking to Mike he conveyed that he was going to come back and kick my a**. OK. Anyways if you know Mike or know anybody that does know Mike;show them this video. videos don’t lie let them know what kind of person this guy is.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately I hired them to do a move out deep clean. Michael, who answered the phone, told me they cleaned windows, baseboards, etc. for move outs. Their website also states all they supposedly do for move outs. I mentioned that the kitchen cabinets were very greasy and he indicated they had cleaning solution for that. I went to the townhouse after they supposedly cleaned. The carpets were vacuumed but not much more. The did not clean any of the windows, only cleaned 3 window sills, all of the baseboards downstairs were not cleaned, did not wipe any of the bathroom cabinets, did not wipe/dust the linen cabinet, none of of the light switches were cleaned, the floor in the upstairs bathroom still had a wad of hair on it, master bathroom tub was not cleaned (it was peeling but I wanted the dust off of it). The entire bathroom downstairs was not cleaned! She cleaned only 7 out of 20 cabinets and 9 drawers in the kitchen. The floor was not cleaned at all. None of the light fixtures was dusted. Michael claimed they were "too high to reach." Shouldn't a maid have a dust extender? I will also mention that I am replacing several items in the house so there wasn't an oven or microwave to clean, no kitchen sink. I only had one toilet in the house and she didn't even clean the ONE toilet. Terrible job and the company is not willing to make it right. I asked for 50% refund since the job done was really less than 50%. Michael claims he "wins every dispute." Sounds like he has A LOT of complaints. BEWARE. I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
