Technician Hid in His Van After False Accusation Technician Humphrey was hired to treat termites at my real estate residential listing that was waiting to be active (on the market) until treatment was completed. Within less than 5 minutes of asking me (the Realtor) where the termites were, and I insisting I did not know exactly, because I was the Realtor, Humphrey told me he did not like my attitude and walked off just to sit in his work truck for over an hour before his employer convinced him to begin the treatment. Why did it take GMPC from 10AM-1:30PM to convince this hothead employee to complete his job? To carry out an approximate one hour appointment? . Finally the GMPC manager, Kammy, got Humphrey to do the job but I was instructed to sit in my vehicle while the work was being done. Clearly a company that caters to THE EMPLOYEE INSTEAD OF THE CUSTOMER. We would have cancelled the service, but time was of the essence. This was quite a shock during my 30 plus years of real estate sales experience. A $1500 service and over 3 hours of my time wasted that could have easily been prevented had GMPC stood behind the customer and not an employee without self-control. No compensation or reduction of charges for this inconvenience either. WOW…. Heads up consumers!

The owner was horrible to deal with and refused to refund my money for a service that wasn’t provided in an adequate time and at the end of the day served no purpose regardless. It also took constant follow up from myself before he talked to me finally, only to tell me that I misunderstood and that he had my name in writing on the paper, he made sure I knew that. Regardless of not coming to an agreement there he wasted my time with condescending questions to compare the situation to whatever, that had no purpose or value to the conversation. Again I had to call back about this I’d say 5 times over 2-3 weeks to be able to speak to him as I sit there listening to waiting music about how they have the best customer service out there, meanwhile the owner doesn’t practice what he preaches. Really didn’t like that aspect of this business and feel like all the guy cared about was that I signed his document. All the other staff was friendly for sure, but I even got confirmation when they picked up the traps that none of them went off and basically I did indeed waste $250 for nothing. Above all would not want to contribute to anything affiliated with the owners business again

Augustin went above and beyond on our service this month. He made sure that every nook and cranny was treated inside and out. He is very professional and courteous.
