Josh helped fix an annoying credit issue. He's a really cool guy and I had a fantastic experience working with him and the rest of the crew at KeyPoint. Recommend 100%. I was also looking for lenders for a house purchase and Josh hooked me up for that too!

Hi all! I want to let everyone know that if you are in need of any kind of support or help during a tough time in your life financially KeyPoint is who to choose. Especially with all that is going on in this world. I just have to give a HUGE shout out to Kayla. She has been so helpful and kind. Has held my hand throughout this process. Made me feel at ease when I was feeling doubtful. She is very patient answers all my questions. Responds quickly and in a timely manor. What a find!! Thank God for this place! I wish I didn’t need it, but man have they helped me and my life! Folks, these ladies will help you get your life back on track in no time! They made me feel very comfortable with their confidence in what they can do and has done! Kayla was completely understanding about my situation and has gone completely out of her way to help me!! This was my first experience with KeyPoint and it was a great one. The first time I called, Josh answered the phone, and she actually was the one spent an hour with me explaining the process and then reviewed my credit. She diagnosed my issues and explained what the issues causing my credit score to go down and steps to recover that, all without even taking about money. I was extremely pleased that how much Josh showed interest and how helpful she was. It only took a few weeks before my credit jumped over 800. Thanks Josh, you're great!!
