Other than the fact that it takes a long time for someone to answer. The service is great.

Ebony was very sweet and caring and extremely helpful to me. She is a wonderful asset to your company.

Stacy was very kind and listened to me instead of trying to be pushy like some people are. I was very pleased how she helped me resolve my issues and how compassionate she was with me. If I ever need a device like my wife had, I won't hesitate to call you and I hope I can talk to someone like Stacy about it.

JoAnn was very helpful. She talked me through my concerns. I felt she understood my anxiety to where I felt comfortable using Med Alert.

I really don't like wearing this device around my neck, its not comfortable, it kinda bugs me. I also wasn't impressed with the timeline it took you to ship it to me 10 days after you took my money out of my checking account, but I was told it could have been quicker if I had used a credit card, but I wasn't given a choice when I called in, and perhaps a supervisor might need to find another job if he can't get his employees to follow instructions.

Only problem was when I had a deep gash in my calf at 1:30 one morning and pushed my button. The operator asked if it was an emergency and I said not exactly...not dying... then asked if I needed EMS and I told him just the car to take me for stitches. THEN the same again TWICE. I got off and called the office and explained. She said that is what I would always get.... Next day called her back and said I live in an apartment of old folks and know they send a car with the EMS and Fire Truck. I just want the car to take me to ER. She agreed to call them. Said I would meet them at the front door. Truck and EMS came, put me on the gurney, took info and checked me and loaded me into the EMS. Since it was not an emergency, medicare didn't approve and my Insurance didn't pay. I am very low income and don't know how I will get them paid off. Any suggestions? What if I've fallen and can't get up. Still to ER? If this is the only help, I may just call 911 without the button, my phone is always with me... maybe they would be better help and less expensive.
