I purchased a blanket in may and I still have yet to hear a response back or get a update after sending several emails. This company is a rip off and I wish I would have never ordered with them . It’s very frustrating to spend $60 on something and never receive it . The item was a gift and it would have been nice to get a reply after sending a email on May 21st , yet still nothing . I’m definitely contacting the better business bureau.

I ordered two items from this company on 4/30/2020 and have yet to receive them. I emailed them and received no reply. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau because this is not a good business and from what I’ve seen with the reviews, I’m not the only one who has been duped.

Still waiting for an order and emailed twice with no response. They don't answer phone calls either. Tracking says processing....same as always, really? Wondering if this is a real company or if I've been had.

I ordered four items back in March for Easter. I have received one item. They have charged my credit card of course and I emailed and said I want my money back o have no need for the other items six weeks later. They refuse to refund my money as they stated the items are in production and then a paragraph later state once we are at full workforce your items will be produced. So what is it are my items in production or Gabe you not even started but won’t refund my money? I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered from this company. Do not use them as you will wait months for your merchandise and they will tell you lies in the same email. I am putting in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am contacting my credit card company in hopes of stopping payment o. Something I was charged for weeks ago yet I Gabe no merchandise.

ordered the "Santa & Christmas Tree Couples Name Tree Skirt" (product code: SB6147). Website shows lettering in a standard name format with first letters capitalized and all others lowercase. However, the personalization box only allows uppercase letters. Because of that, as well as the way the text is printed on the item image, I assumed my text would be printed as such. Huge disappointment when it arrived to find that the name was printed in ALL CAPS. Customer service response stated "We regret to inform you that the personalization for the item 'Christmas Tree Couples Name Tree Skirt' will be in Captial. It is the nature of the item." There was no offer for a refund, an exchange, or even an apology for the false advertisement . If the text for this item is only available in all caps, the associated picture should reflect that!

Horrible company. I ordered 3 Christmas bags for my sons on Dec. 1st. Two came in 2 weeks. I emailed and tried to contact about the 3rd bag prior to Christmas. No response. With 3 kids, obviously I can’t use just 2 from Santa. 3rd arrived Dec 27. I emailed after Christmas and said I wanted a refund and didn’t want the bag. I finally got a response to “wait” until I got the bag to send an email??? I then got another response that it shows my bag arrived on Dec 27th and they don’t offer refunds On Personalized orders. Ummmm you took a month to get me my order. This company is TERRIBLE. Horrible customer service and horrible policies. I have written a letter to the BBB and will continue to post everywhere about their awful service and policies! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
