I would give this company zero stars if I could. I bought two bags on Groupon for $20 and the codes didn’t work. Within a day this company gave me 2 new codes and do not send me back to Groupon. The new codes didn’t work either. I wasted a lot of time on their very slow website trying to make them work before giving up. Monogram online told me they would refund my money after the holiday. Now we are in the last week of January and they are now saying it’s not their problem and that I need to get my money from Groupon. So buyers beware! This is a scam to get your money and provide nothing in return.

If I could give a negative 0 I would. Order placed on Dec 6 its Jan 11 and order still has not shipped. Company wont cancel or refund me. The items were holiday gifts that I never received. No live customer service person. Auto response to email saying they received a lot of orders so instead of stopping to take orders or be honest with customers that order wont be delivered as guaranteed they left ccustomers with no gifts. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The value is good when using the promotion price. The pieces I ordered were beautiful but I expected the backs of the pendants to be polished as well as the front. As far as the ordering process, I've had problems each time. However, I used the support team and found them extremely helpful and prompt.
