Sean Harper NOCO Auto Body is the single worst body shop I have ever heard of. They were paid over $10,000.00 to repair hail damage to my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Limited Pickup. They completely botched the job. I have documentation of the mistakes from another (reputable body shop). When I brought it to the attention of NOCO Auto Body, the owner completely denied any responsibility. Well, I will say the owner said, "I can take responsibility for a missing bolt" but that was it. There is far more damage done to my truck than forgetting a bolt. The cost of fixing their mistakes is well into the several thousand dollar range.
If NOCO auto Body wants to improve, they need to retrain all of their body techs, only hire experienced ones and get a new owner. This is by far and away the most egregious work I have ever seen. NEVER EVER take your vehicle there for repair. Tell all of your friends.
