Robert Miller greeted us at the door gathered some information and took us into this enormous Warehouse to custom design the bathroom tile that my wife and I had dreamed of at a price that the box stores could not touch.

This was our first time installing tile in our home. We had a challenging COA board with high requirements in order to install tile. Michelle at Pro Source worked with us every step of the way, helping us identify the right tile, size, grout, sound proofing, etc. When we hit a snag with our installer who was called out of town, Michelle came back with more names of people qualified to work in our building. We appreciate her support throughout this venture. And the tile looks AMAZING! Would highly recommend Michelle and Pro-Source if you're purchasing tile.

This is a bad business. Do not deal with these people. They do not give you updates and they are not reliable. Paid for tiles June 22, 2020. Until today, September 30, 2020 they had the decency to call me and to tell me that it would take another 4-6 weeks for the order. NO, THANK YOU! Lets see how fast they give me my money back.

Symone was so patient and helpful. I had no idea what backsplash tile would work in my kitchen and she gave me several great ideas.
