It took Ian three weeks to get a sample sent to my customer. I called and left a message twice never got a call back. I researched the tile and got it the next day. Had the job done before we got the sample. Terrible service.

Our Account Manager Brian Wimsatt was very easy to work with. He reached out to us before we even stepped foot into the showroom. He worked with us in every aspect of tile selection as we began the process, and took the time to fully understand what we were looking for in selecting floor and wall tile for our shower project. He ordered specific tile samples for us at no cost, to be certain we were totally satisfied with the selection for our project. I would highly recommend working with Brian if you have any tile or flooring project. You won't be disappointed.
