10/20/2017: This is a great product! After breaking my ankle this summer, the exercises I did using this board were vital to my recovery. The board's design allowed me to work my ankle through the whole range of motion. The board was versatile and allowed me to perform a wide variety of exercises.

10/20/2017: The equipment is incredibly sturdy, with great integrity. Really indestructible. More importantly, I'm able to maximize the simplest routines - pushups, squats, mountain climbers, etc. It has also allowed me to better my stability, especially after repeated injury to my ankles. Strengthening my ankles and lower extremity through simple techniques is significantly more effective when coupled with the Therrex board. I'm looking forward to learning new stabilizing techniques to strengthen my balance and motion.

10/19/2017: As a full-time worker and full-time graduate student I find it hard to carve out an hour to go the gym everyday. Having the TherRex board in my apartment has allowed me to keep up my work out routine on busy days when I may only have 15 minutes to spare. I use the board to make traditional workout moves more challenging like squats, push ups, and various ab intervals. I like this board in particular because I have pinched my hands several times at the gym using similar products, I can’t believe the idea for this product has not come sooner!

10/18/2017: I workout regularly at a strength and conditioning gym and compete at a state level in Olympic Weightlifting. I augment my workouts at home with the TherRex Board to incorporate balance training and core strengthening into my daily routine. Because the core is important in transferring force between limbs it is essential in weightlifting and daily life. I like that the board has a football shape, I can turn it to make my core exercises easier or harder. It can make the simplest exercise more complex, compounding the effectiveness of every activity.

10/12/2017: You can really tell that a lot of dedication to research of ankle and lower body mechanics went into designing this balance board. It's not your run-of-the-mill wobble board where you are limited to a single "teeter-totter motion". Instead, you can really feel it challenging your lower body in functional planes. Stepping on is a breeze and you don't necessarily feel the need to hold onto anything with the edges having a flat point made for this. I also love that you can hold it in a neutral grip for plank and push-up positioned exercise without the risk of crushing fingers on the edges. As a physical therapist it's GREAT for personal or patient/client use! Will definitely be using for years to come! And I mean YEARS because it's made from a thick plastic material and unlike the wood wobble/balance boards that wear down or screws come loose over time, this thing is sturdy and built to last! Also, love that it's made in the USA and that you can support a veteran-made product!
