We were excited to learn all about how Eastman Auto Repair, Inc. has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the General Manager, James Heydt.
In our chat with James, it was clear that he and the rest of the crew at Eastman Auto Repair, Inc. are not just excited about cars, they are also passionate about making a difference for their clients and offering them exceptional, and even unexpected, customer service. James says:
“I want to change the way mechanics treat people and are viewed. We offer more quality parts, we do a lot of quality testing ourselves with all of the parts we put in a car and we give our customers a fair rate.”
We wanted to know was what it is that makes Eastman Auto Repair, Inc. stand apart from their local competitors. According to James, it all comes down to care. Here’s what he had to say:

When we asked James how they have built this reputation, he shared that they utilize social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. They also use SMS messaging to send reminders to their customers. Offline, they have also marketed their business by having a cool-looking building. They had an artist paint cars from The Fast and the Furious on their building in a way that they appear to be 3D to passers-by.
