Joe Klein, the owner of Muffler Shop and Repair, took a moment to speak with our team about his business’ stupendous online reputation.

We first asked Joe what it is that helps Muffler Shop and Repair to differentiate themselves from other auto shops in the area. According to him, it’s all about personalized service. “We are more personalized than a lot of shops. We take the time to figure out what’s wrong and we let every customer talk directly to the mechanic who is working on their car,” he said. “We also give them as much info as possible on what the issue is and how we can fix it. We have lower overhead so we don’t have to charge as much. People write reviews when they are happy with the work that’s done. We treat everybody fairly and are honest in the work we do.”

When it comes to marketing, Joe and his team focus on their Facebook page, as well as local ads. They also sponsor local events for their community, including the KX Summer Reading Program for Children.
