We were excited to learn all about how The Suite Spot Barber Shop has been able to build such an exemplary reputation, so we sat down with the owner, Jen.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes The Suite Spot Barber Shop stand apart from their competitors. In Jen’s words, “We love online booking. We don’t accept walk-ins, and most of the shops [in the area] are walk-ins. This helps us because we have no waiting time.”
When asked about how she and her team make the world a better place, Jen said, “Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a cold refreshment in a tranquil atmosphere, leaving behind the usual hustle-bustle found in any full-service men’s shops in the Janesville area.”
Building Success by Following the Golden Rule
We were particularly interested in finding out what Jen considers to be her business’ secret to success. “We treat our customers the way we want to be treated. Our online booking site encourages people to go online.”
