Not Your Average Chiropractor
We were excited to learn all about how Atlanta Spine & Wellness has been able to build such an extraordinary reputation, so we sat down with the Office Manager, Sydney.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Atlanta Spine & Wellness stand apart from their competitors. In Sydney’s words, “We are not like most chiropractors; we listen and do not just adjust. We do work with the muscles as well. We have a rehabilitation room with a wide range of equipment, from a Wobble Chair to a Pettibon Weighting System and a Decompression Table. Muscles move bones, and bones move muscles. If you have a very tight muscle, you are not going to move well. We give tips on recovery out of the office, like stretches, that people can do. Also, we have a stretching workshop once a month for anyone in the local area!”
When asked about the Atlanta Spine & Wellness mission, Sydney said, “The purpose of the clinic is to support as many people as possible in their quest for health and to educate them about chiropractic so they may, in turn, educate others.”
Building Success Through Client Experience
According to Sydney, the secret to the business’ success goes as follows:
“We try to give a ‘wow’ first experience when any new patient comes in, which get them continue to come back after their initial evaluation. If they give us positive feedback, we tell them we appreciate them and will ask if they mind us sending them a quick text so we can put it up on our review platform. We do the website in-house, as well as social media, like Facebook and Instagram.”
