In order to learn a little more about Upstairs Downstairs Catering, we took a few minutes to talk with the General Manager, Dan Brown.
The first question we had for Dan was what is it that sets Upstairs Downstairs Catering apart from their competition in Wisconsin. Here’s his response:
“We strive for really good service. Our chef is really good, but our service is outstanding. We show up early and stay late — that way, if someone wants to go early, they are ready. We spend money on our end so the event goes as smoothly as possible.”
Dan went on to tell us that some of their employees have been with them for multiple generations and that they treat their staff like family.
