We were excited to learn all about how Giggles Drop-In Child Care of Cary has been able to build such a remarkable reputation, so we sat down with the co-owner, Christyanna Durand.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Giggles Drop-In Child Care of Cary stand apart from their competitors. In Christyanna’s words, “We provide a fun, safe, clean environment for children, and our staff really cares about the experience that the children have there and the experience that the parents have in bringing their children to us.”
Building Success Through Community
Christyanna attributes Giggles’ success to their awesome team. She said, “We have a really strong staff. They work really hard to give people good experiences. When people do express, whether it be joy with our service or concern with something that happened, we always follow up personally. We will say ‘thank you’ or ‘how can we make this better?’ I guess that works.
