We were excited to learn all about how Visiting Angels has been able to build such an exemplary reputation, so we sat down with the owners, Darryl Minges and Crystal Harrell.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Visiting Angels stand apart from their competitors. They told us, “We stay involved and make sure our caregivers show up and are being held accountable. The hiring process is pretty intense;we go above and beyond to make sure our clients are protected;we have a system that tells when they are there or not there, or if they leave early.”
