The first question we had for Mark was what is it that sets Ontech Systems apart from their competition in Wisconsin. He told us that they take more of a consultative approach, and each customer has a dedicated team to help work things out. Ontech Systems is a hybrid business in terms of its services. Relationships are important to them, and that has led to very low turnover for the business.
We also wanted to know what their mission is at Ontech Systems and how they work to make the world a better place. Mark shared that their goal is to take away their clients’ stress when it comes to IT issues, including security and backup issues, trust and transparency.
