We were excited to learn all about how Downtown Dental has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the Co-Owner, Dr. Alissa Hanson.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Downtown Dental stand apart from their competitors. We learned that Downtown Dental sees patients of all ages, and are always accepting new patients. Their goal is to provide quality dental care in a friendly and educational environment. To meet this goal, they do their best to be gentle and accommodating. It is important to the staff that they keep their technology up-to-date. Lately, they’ve been working to help patients with sleep apnea by making them devices that might help keep them away from CPAP machines.
Building Success Through Customer Service
With as stellar a reputation as Downtown Dental has, we were surprised to learn that they have not had to participate in much advertising. Dr. Alissa Hanson says:
“Our internal marketing and word of mouth really drives the bus.”
