The first question we had for Rick was what is it that sets Express Employment Professionals apart from their competition in Wisconsin. Rick said they go the extra mile to find the right skill sets for the client companies they work with. A lot of the staffing industry deals with quantity versus quality, but not at Express Employment Professionals.
Rick went on to tell us that their team tours all of the businesses that they plan to work with in order to have better information to assist them with their search in finding candidates. They also still do only face-to-face interviews with each candidate, while a lot of companies in the industry are trying to automate interviews online. This makes the entire process more effective and better for both candidate and the business in need of a good employee.
