We were excited to learn all about Shine Yoga And Wellness and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Tara.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Shine Yoga And Wellness stand apart from its competitors. Tara told us about their empowering and inclusive environment, saying that they create a space where all people of all fitness levels can feel welcome. They are a no-judgment place, and don’t believe that there is any real wrong or right way to do the poses. She said that their guests feel like they are shining when they leave.
When we asked Tara what their business mission at Shine is, she said:
