We were excited to learn all about how Carpets Plus Outlet has been able to build such an exemplary reputation, so we sat down with the owner, Matt Fuhr.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Carpets Plus Outlet stand apart from their competitors. In Matt’s eyes, the main difference between Carpets Plus Outlet and other businesses of the sort is their incredibly high level of service. He said, “Customer Service is paramount. It is a service industry and matters from top to bottom. Service is key, they provide installation, it needs to be done properly and they have gifted installers that they work every day. We follow up to make sure the customers are happy — our prices are good. Education is a big part of-with their expectation level of the product they are purchasing.”
