We were excited to learn all about Colonial Chapel Funeral Home and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with one of the owners, Paul.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Colonial Chapel Funeral Home stand apart from their competitors. Paul shared that through compassion, they are trying to relate to families the best they can and will work to establish a close connection with them. They want to establish that connection so people will see them as more of a friend than just the people they are going through these services with. He said that they can do anything the bigger places can do, and they will pass the savings right along to the families that work with them. Paul told us that in place of inflated numbers, they have thought-out processes and exceptional customer service. Paul said:
“We care. It’s not imitation; we grew up in a small town and brought that small-town vibe and put it to the city. We work with families to make sure everything is carried out correctly.”
