George Clark, the Vice President of Finance and Business Development, took some time to speak with us about the business’ excellent online reputation.
The very first thing we wanted to know was what George and the rest of the WMGB Home Improvement team do to differentiate themselves from other home contractors in the area. George told us, “We are top-level experts in every avenue that we perform and serve. We do great work and we are competitively priced. “We’re not only a company that’s going to be around, we will take care of problems if they come up.”
The WMGB mission is to do right by all of their clients. “Our mission and vision are simple and all of our people know it: Just do the right thing and be relentless about it,” George said.
Building Success Through Company Culture
As for a secret to success, George points to the culture of hard working individuals that his team has built. He said, “We have a very good work culture – when we lay out initiatives to help the business, our people appreciate that. They want to do a good job. Even if things don’t go perfectly, we will jump through hoops to make things right and take care of our customers. Our principles here are based on very basic life principles.”
