We were excited to learn all about Grace Home Care and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Executive Director, Kate Clemmons.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Grace Home Care stand apart from their competitors. Kate told us that they truly take care of their clients; they show up and answer calls. They are professionals who believe in practicing excellent customer service and communication. They take good care of both their clients and caregivers.
Building Success By Setting Strong Expectations
Grace Home Care has been serving the Topeka area since 2011 and has been able to build an impressive reputation in that time, mostly thanks to word of mouth and referrals. Kate said that they get their reviews organically, and have marketed and grown their company through their Facebook, website, mail ads, brochures, and by attending local marketing events.
