We were excited to learn all about Visiting Angels and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the director, Julie C. Roberts.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Visiting Angels stand apart from its competitors.
“Our caregivers are the best. They care, they’re loving, and they’re compassionate… We actually have caring staff in our offices. Everybody is compassionate about our clients, and we do everything to keep them safe, happy, and healthy in their home.”
Julie said that their mission is to help their clients and their families to know that their loved ones are safe, secure, and well-taken-care-of in their homes. They aim to provide people with peace of mind.
Building Success And Giving Back
Visiting Angels has earned a fantastic reputation, so we asked Julie how they have managed to grow their business and get such great reviews. Julie said that they focus on providing great service, and simply ask for reviews and feedback after service.
In addition to building the kind of online reputation that any small business would envy, Visiting Angels has spread the word about who they are and what they do through word of mouth and by finding ways to stay involved with the community. Julie shared:
“We attend all the Alzheimer’s walks and support them and raise money for them. We attend a lot of health fairs [in the area]. We stay in contact with the health care community, letting them know what services we have so we can help people stay in the home.”
