Sam Schemmer, the Manager of Operations at Schemmer’s Cleaning Service, took some time to speak with us about the business’ excellent online reputation.
We were particularly interested in finding out why people choose Schemmer’s over their competitors so often. In Sam’s eyes, it’s their approach to service. “The reason why people should go with Schemmer’s cleaning is that we treat people the way we want to be treated,” he said. “We look to do the best job possible, and if we make a mistake, we’re always willing to go back. The other big plus with using a local company, if push comes to shove, you can still have the owner come out and take care of the problem or any issues you might have.”
The Schemmer’s Cleaning Service team is dedicated to bettering the lives of the people they serve. Sam told us, “Our biggest thing is that we’re always working to improve environments, whether it be through cleaning for someone or taking care of our employees so they can improve their situation.
