“Our whole purpose is to educate the consumer. I feel that I’ve been successful when I’ve been able to properly educate the homeowner on the ins and outs of their roof, on their particular situation and to help them walk through all the different scenarios, so they ultimately can make the most informed decision possible. I do that with integrity, and our pricing is competitive and you get the most bang for your buck. We’re not the cheapest but we’re not adding things in to pad the bottom line. We do a fair price, and integrity is something that we adhere strongly to.
I would rather lose a little bit of money and do the job right than to try and cut corners just to make something work.”

It’s really tough to find your way, so you just have to muddle along. …If I could do it all over again, I would have looked for some kind of mentorship program and then had somebody walk me through what to do and what not to do… I had to learn the hard way, try different things and test them to see how well they would work, move on and try something else. When it comes to having a good online presence, it takes diligence and vigilance, so you just have to make sure you’re doing the right things with your customers. Follow up with them because you have to ask for the referral.”
