Brenda told us that The Lantern is a nonprofit that was started in 2010, and for every member of the team at The Lantern Coffeehouse & Roastery, their customers truly matter.

“We care about the people coming in the door, and we want them to know that we care. And of course, we have great coffee. We roast our own beans and offer fresh pastries, croissants, and salads. We have a small menu but we keep it manageable and try to do it well. I only hire kind people — the people who make me feel good in the interview.”
